Why not just hire a general contractor?+
A general contractor is paid by the job, so their interests and yours are not always the same. We work only for you. We help you pick the right licensed contractors, check their bids against a clear plan, and review their invoices before you pay.
Who do I pay?+
You pay the contractors directly under your own contracts with them. You pay us separately for consulting. We never hold your construction money.
Who pulls the permits?+
The licensed contractor doing the work pulls the permits for their scope. We make sure the right permits are pulled and inspections are scheduled and passed.
Do you do any of the work yourselves?+
No. We are consultants. All construction, engineering, and trade work is performed by independently licensed contractors and professionals under direct contract with you.

Is the consultation really free?+
