24/7 emergency response

24/7 Emergency Response

Water, fire, or storm damage?
We answer 24/7.

One call gets licensed mitigation crews moving, your damage documented for insurance, and the whole rebuild managed from start to finish. You won’t have to face it alone.

Right now, safety first

  • Fire, gas smell, sparking, or anyone hurt? Leave and call 911 first.
  • Do not walk into standing water if the power might be on.
  • If a pipe burst and you can reach it safely, shut off the main water valve.
  • Take photos and video before anything is moved or thrown away.
  • Keep receipts for anything you spend: hotel, tarps, fans, meals.

How It Works

From the first call
to back to normal.

You make the decisions. We handle the phone calls, the scheduling, and the follow-up, day or night.

  1. 01

    Call us, day or night

A real person answers, asks what happened, and tells you what to do right now to stay safe.

  2. 02

    Stop the damage

We get licensed mitigation contractors out to extract water, dry the structure, tarp the roof, or board up, under contract with you.

  3. 03

    Document everything

Photos, moisture readings, and a clear, itemized repair scope you can share with your insurance adjuster.

  4. 04

    Rebuild, managed for you

We plan the repairs, vet and bid the contractors, and manage the job until your home is back to normal.

FAQ

Emergency questions.

Do you do the cleanup and repairs yourselves?+

No. We coordinate. Licensed mitigation, restoration, and repair contractors do the work under contract with you. We find them fast, make sure they are licensed and insured, and manage them so you are not doing it alone.

Will you deal with my insurance company?+

We help you document the damage and give you a clear, itemized repair scope to share with your adjuster, and we can meet the adjuster on site. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate or settle claims. If you want someone to negotiate for you, hire a licensed public adjuster.

Who pays the mitigation contractor?+

You contract with them directly, and your insurance often covers sudden damage like a burst pipe. Check your policy, and keep every invoice and receipt.

Can you help if I live out of state?+

Yes. If your Greater Boston property is damaged and you cannot get there, we can be your eyes on the ground and keep you updated with photos at every step.

What if the damage looks minor?+

Water spreads into walls, floors, and insulation fast, and hidden moisture leads to mold. It is worth a call even if it looks small.

Don’t wait for it to spread.

Water and smoke damage get worse by the hour. Reach out now and we will get help moving.
